Courtney A. Bihn was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She obtained her B.A. in Communication Studies from Pace University during which time she worked for various corporations including The Walt Disney Company and MTV Productions. She obtained her J.D. in 2015 from Florida Coastal School of Law where she worked in the Disability and Public Benefits Clinic.
Once admitted to the New York State Bar, Courtney began concentrating in the defense of hospitals, nursing homes, and medical professionals in medical malpractice actions. She has handled numerous high verdict value cases from inception to trial and appeals. She joined Ellenberg Gannon Henninger & Fitzmaurice in 2019.
