Ellenberg Gannon Henninger & Fitzmaurice, LLP was formed by Michael A. Ellenberg and was originally known as Ellenberg & Hutson, LLP, which was established in 1989. David Gannon became a partner in January 2007. On November 1, 2017, John Henninger and Stacy Fitzmaurice joined the firm as partners in a merger with Geisler, Henninger and Fitzmaurice, LLP. The firm consists of four partners and four associates.

Mr. Henninger has also been actively defending physicians at trial since his first verdict in 1992. In addition, Mr. Gannon and Ms. Fitzmaurice all possess first hand trial experience with medical malpractice cases.
